This One-Week Hybrid Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Advances in Smart Energy Technologies, Intelligent Control, and Drives” brings together expert faculty from premier institutions (IITs/NITs) and experienced industry professionals to deliver a comprehensive exploration of next-generation energy systems and intelligent control technologies.

The program covers a broad spectrum — from smart grid modernization, renewable energy integration, and microgrids to power electronic converters, intelligent control strategies, advanced electric drives, and AI-assisted energy solutions. It also addresses emerging challenges such as grid resilience, cybersecurity, and sustainable energy management, equipping participants with both theoretical insights and practical perspectives.

Designed for faculty members, research scholars, PG students, and industry professionals, this FDP aims to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world applications while fostering innovation in smart and sustainable energy technologies.
