The BIT Summer Internship Program for Advanced Research (BIT-SIPAR 2026) at BIT Mesra is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in cutting-edge research, industry projects, and technical advancements. Program Details
Duration:
1st Week of June 2026 – 4th Week of July 2026
Eligibility:
- UG/PG students from recognized institutions (India/Abroad)
- Recent UG/PG graduates (within six months of degree completion)
- Minimum requirement: 60% aggregate or CGPA 6.32/10 at all levels
Financials
- No stipend will be provided
- No registration or participation fee
- Accommodation (optional and subject to availability in hostel rooms) will be provided on a chargeable basis: ₹5,500 per month (excluding food)

- Applications must be submitted only through the official portal (no direct/departmental applications will be accepted)
- Internal students of BIT Mesra may also apply, subject to availability of seats
