Booking and Reservation

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi operates two (02) Guest Houses for the accommodation of guests:

1. Institute Guest House – I (Old Guest House – OGH)
2. Institute Guest House – II (International Guest House – IGH)

Faculty, staff, students, alumni and other guests who wish to book a room are requested to apply via email at least seven (07) days prior to the intended arrival (check-in) date, providing the following details:

• Name of Guest(s)
• Employee Code (for Faculty/Staff) or Roll No. (for Students/Alumni)
• Category (Institute Guest / Guests for Projects/Events / Employee / Alumni / Guardian / Guests from Other Academic Institutions / Others)
• Contact Number

The email should be sent to ar.estate @bitmesra.ac.in with a copy to igh@bitmesra.ac.in.

Alternatively, room reservations at the Guest House may be made by submitting the Guest House Reservation Form to the Guest House Reception or to the Assistant Registrar (I/c), Guest House. Please note that reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the form or the corresponding email.

For guests seeking discounts under the Alumni category, bookings must be routed through the Office of Dean (AIR) at dair@bitmesra.ac.in or adair@bitmesra.ac.in.
