Kindly note the following:

• The XXXIII Convocation will be held on October 1, 2023, at 10.00 a.m.
• Accommodation will be provided only to the Degree Recipient in the common room of hostels (limited) only. 
• You are requested not to make any request to accommodate any other person as it won't be possible to accept the request.
• Accommodation will be provided for the night of 30th Sept.'23 (Day 1)  and 1st Oct.23 (Day 2) only. Any request to provide accommodation before 30th Sept.'23 and after 1st Oct.'23 will not be entertained.  
• In case students are arriving before 30th Sept.'23 or wish to stay after 1st October '23, they should make their own arrangements for accommodation.
• The charges per day [Fooding and Lodging] will be Rs. 400/- only. 
• Degree Recipients are required to pay at the time of Hostel Check-In.
• Please fill up the attached Google form and submit it. The last date to accept the form is 20th Sept.'23. Forms will not be entertained after 20th Sept.'23. 
• Uttoriyo will be distributed in the R & D Building, Seminar Hall No. 2, on 30th Sept.'23 from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm only. 
• A stage rehearsal will be held on 30th Sept.'23 at 3:30 pm. It is mandatory for all degree recipients to attend the rehearsal.
• The registration link for attending the XXXIII Convocation will be available on the BIT Mesra Website (www.bitmesra.ac.in) from 04th Sept.'23.

Dress Code:

Students should wear the following dress during the convocation. Students shall then be handed over their supplementary attire (Ang Vastram) to be worn over the base attire for the convocation.
