INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ATTENDING THE XXXII CONVOCATION AT MESRA CAMPUS

(ONLY FOR UG, PG AND PHD GRADUATES OF MESRA CAMPUS)

• Candidates planning to attend the XXXII Convocation at BIT Mesra should fill the application form latest by 03 December, 2022 after reading the instructions here: https://bitmesra.ac.in/32nd_Convocation/Instruction.pdf
• Degree recipients who require accommodation on campus are required to fill this form latest by 02^nd December, 2022 https://forms.gle/Vo24HATbRqzpLSQu5

Accommodation shall be provided in the following Hostels:

For Girls: Hostels 8 and 9
For Boys: Hostels 5, 7, 11, 12 and 13

• The Convocation attire shall be issued between 10:00am to 5:30 pm on 03/12/2022 in Seminar Hall – II (R&D Building)
• Students are requested to strictly follow the timings. Convocation attire shall not be issued after the specified timing. You are advised to make your travel plan accordingly.
• Candidates intending to receive the Degree Certificate at the Convocation are required to wear the attire for the occasion and must record their attendance and occupy their seats by 10:30 a.m. on 04^th December, 2022 at the Convocation venue.
• Entrance to the Convocation Venue (GP Birla Auditorium) for candidates will close at 10:30 a.m.
