STEP 4 – FILL IN THE OTHER DETAILS 

STEP 5 – RECRUITMENT FOR : SELECT “ UNIVERSITY POLY”

STEP 6 – PAY THE FEE ONLINE AND SUBMIT 

STEP 7 – RECEIVE THE LOGIN PASSWORD IN EMAIL (CHECK SPAM FOLDER AS WELL) 

STEP8 – COURIER HARD COPY TO BIT MESRA 

1. SUBMIT THE ONLINE FORM AND DOWNLOAD/SAVE A COPY

Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra invites applications from existing BIT Internal employee’s only possessing Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, commitment to quality teaching, and zeal for innovative activities for the following faculty positions at UNIVERSITY POLYTECHNIC in Mesra, Ranchi. 

Selection Process:

Selection is designed in 3 stages. 

Stage I:    Screening as per minimum eligibility criteria and norms

Stage II:   Seminar presentation (on teaching, research, other roles) and peer review. 

Stage III: Final Selection by Expert Committee (the list recommended by the selection committee will have to be approved by the Board of Governors – BoG)

The last Date for submission of the application complete in all respect: 28^th June 2023.

Candidates are advised to take a printout of the final application along with all desired documents and submit the hardcopy in the office of the Dean Faculty Affairs either through post or by hand till 28^th June 2023.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Pay Scales  

#, In case of faculty/ Staff working at a level higher than AL 9A is selected for transfer, BIT will allow pay and grade protection. All faculty members in BIT Mesra, its extension centres and University Polytechnic working in Non-UGC approved designations are particularly encouraged to apply and utilize the opportunity to get regularized.
