Qualification:
Essential:
Master’s degree in Management (MBA), HR, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment.
Required qualities:
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute interaction
- Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
Age: preferably below 45 years
Responsibilities:
- Industry Engagement and Corporate Relations:
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with corporate organizations, start-ups, and multinational companies based in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, and nearby industrial clusters.
- Maintain a database of potential recruiters and develop long-term collaboration strategies.
- Organize company visits, corporate presentations, and networking events at the Noida Centre.
- Placement Coordination and Student Support:
- Plan and execute campus placement drives, pooled recruitment events, and job fairs in coordination with the main campus.
- Maintain an updated database of eligible students and alumni for Off-Campus placement opportunities.
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview techniques, and company specific test patterns.
- Provide post-placement support and track placement statistics for reporting and analysis.
- Liaison and Communication:
- Act as a link between the Noida Centre and the University's central Placement Cell.
- Coordinate with academic departments, training teams, and student placement committees for smooth execution of placement activities.
- Ensure that all communications with companies and students are professional, timely, and well-documented.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on placement activities, including statistics, company engagement, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, offers received, and placement outcomes.
- Ensure all placement activities comply with university policies and standards.
- Training and Skill Development Coordination:
- Identify skill gaps among students and coordinate with training partners to conduct workshops, mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and soft skills programs.
- Promote industry-led sessions, guest lectures, and internships for students based in or around Noida.
