Interested eligible candidates are requested to appear for a “Walk-in Interview” for the post of Office Assistant at B.I.T., Mesra on contract basis. They are required to submit their application in a prescribed application format available on our website www.bitmesra.ac.in

Application should be accompanied with two copies of self-attested application form with CV, proof of payment, and Academic & Professional experience duly filled up alongwith non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- + GST 18%.

Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree + Conversant in Computer Application Handling and Automation.

Good knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

 

 

2 years’ experience in the related field.

  • Good presentation skills
  • Data Management and representation, Excel-based report creation.
  • ERP handling & Data Management
  • Physical Documents & File Management, Good Communication skills

25,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)

 

 

 

Age: upto 40 years.

Mode of Appointments: On contract basis initially for one year which is further extendable on mutually acceptable terms subjected to satisfactory performance and recommendation by Review Committee. The contract may be terminated with one month notice from either side.

The selected candidates shall have no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of being appointed on a contractual basis.

Verification of documents: Interested candidates may also in their own interest ensure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to appear for interview. Verification of documents will be done before interview.

The applicants must report with original certificate/testimonials at 10.00 AM sharp on 26th June 2025 for verification of the requisite documents.

  1. Applicants must send their scan copy CV, proof of payment, and Academic & Professional experience certificate and prescribed application form to registraroffice@bitmesra.ac.in on or before 25th June, 2025.
  2. The email’s subject should be “Application for the post of Office Assistant” (for the post applied for).
  3. A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- + GST is to be paid by each candidate. Payment may be made through the SBI online payment portal: Payment link will be activated from 12th June, 2025 on SBI COLLECT (Click here for Payment).
