Appointment for the post of Assistant Engineer (on contract), Junior Engineer (on contract), Project In-charge (on contract) and Assistant Engineer (regular) at BIT Main Campus, Mesra, Ranchi

Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply for the post of Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Project In-charge (on contract) and Assistant Engineer (regular). They are required to submit their application in a prescribed application format.

Qualification:

Essential -Graduation in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute with minimum relevant work experience of 10 years.

OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute with minimum relevant work experience of 15 years.

Experience:

  • Intense and varied proven successful field experience in civil construction as site engineer for infrastructure projects (buildings, MEPF, roads, sewerage etc.).
  • Substantial experience in RCC, steel and masonry large-scale constructions.
  • Thorough understanding and experience of estimation, tendering, contracting.
  • Work in collaboration with seniors and site engineers.
  • Successful record in contract and contractor handling, negotiations, arbitrations.
  • Substantial knowledge of latest materials, techniques, specifications, rates etc related to construction industry
  • Dynamic, pro-active and necessarily field-oriented
