NOTICE

Home Quarantine Rules for BIT Mesra, Campus

  • Employees of BIT Mesra who are coming to Campus after staying out of the State of Jharkhand shall undergo 14 days compulsory home quarantine along with their family members.
  • Employees of BIT Mesra who are undergoing 14 days quarantine shall immediately undertake corona test and submit the report within five days.
  • The quarantined family shall not come outside the quarter for essential items. However, the BIT administration shall facilitate home delivery of vegetables, grocery and other necessary items on payment basis.
  • A poster indicating that the Entire Family Is Under 14 Days Compulsory Quarantine shall be displayed outside the quarantined quarter.
  • Delivery of goods by couriers, Flipkart, Amazon, Swiggy or any other agencies shall be done at BIT Main Gate only.
  • Short visit of guests to the houses of BIT employees inside Campus are not allowed.
  • Under special circumstances, Guests can be allowed for longer stay, however, such guests shall undergo 14 days compulsory quarantine along with the family where the guest is visiting.
  • All the Government norms to be followed regarding the safety of COVID-19.
  • Parents and students are not allowed in the BIT Campus in any circumstances during lockdown period.
