BIT Patna  Guest House 

BIT Patna facilitates provisioning for Guest House booking. The amenities include hygenic and clean air-conditioned rooms with fooding facilities managed by AKHS and the Administration of BIT Patna.

Key Points for Guest house Bookings : 

1.     Eligibility:

a.     Guardians and parents of current students of BIT Mesra, Patna campus who visit their wards during the course of study.

b.     Faculty and Staff members of all BIT Campuses who visit BIT Patna for official purposes. Personal bookings will be accepted only if rooms are available.

2.     Pre-booking and approval  needs to be done for each of the above criteria.

3.     All rooms are air-conditioned, with rates of ₹1250 per day for a double bed and ₹1500 for a suite, excluding food charges.

4.     Check-in time is 11:00 AM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges. If check-in time is after 6 am and check-out time is before 6 pm, full day charge shall be applicable.

5.     Booking requests must be made at least 3 days in advance. Alumni requests should go through the Alumni Coordinator, and student requests for parents’ stay through the Warden/Assistant Warden.

6.     Smoking/Consumption of alcohol is prohibited inside the campus.

7.     Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
