Students enjoyed her lecture and gained practical insights into Food safety in different verticals of food processing i.e. raw material handling processing labelling packaging transportation and new product development.
The work is sponsored by Department of Biotechnology Ministry of Science and Technology Government of India (DBT India). Part of this work has been published in Journal of Food Engineering with a doi https//lnkd.in/ddf6a9qf and one Indian patent has been filed. The work has also been featured by DBT India.
Technologies of two process machineries developed in Applied Food Chemistry Microbiology Process Engineering lab i.e. MSHCA-Fluidized bed drier and MSHCAT-Tray drier have been transferred to Twin Engineers Vadodara.
