Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, launched a B. Tech program in Food Engineering and Technology starting from the 2023-2024 batch.
Before this, BIT Mesra had offered an integrated M.Sc. in Food Technology since 2014. Up to the present, six batches have graduated with an excellent job placement record.
The Alumni cell of the Centre always holds a personal bonding with our Alumni and ensure the young students to be mentored by the experienced Alumni.
Nearly all alumni have secured positions in reputable FMCG companies such as Nestle, Britannia, Mother Dairy, Moreish, NuTaste, Ramdev, Country Delight, Flipkart, and Amazon, and different government and semi-government organizations.
