Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is proudly celebrating its Foundation Day on the 15th of July, 2023. We are happy to proclaim the onset of the grand celebrations from 14th July onwards to commemorate the occasion. 
Today we are all living multivariate lives, wherein we are disintegrated yet connected simultaneously. We try our best to establish a link between the various time frames of our life. To mark this vibrance of our beautifully crafted life, we have decided to ground the event on the theme of ' Past, Present and Future'.

We will be delighted to welcome our esteemed alumni to the celebrations and make this event a memorable one. However, we have something special in mind for 1998 Passed out and 1983 Passed out Batches who are completing 25 years and 40 years of being a part of the BIT family.

We have a very power-packed event lined up for you. With a plethora of events on the cards, we are all set to make this event one that goes down memory lane for everyone. We will be extremely happy to have your presence at the event.

The above rates are for 14th night & 15th night stay.

*We have a limited number of rooms at our Institute Guest House, which will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Kindly Note: All the rooms in the guest house have been booked. So from today (28^th June 2023), please deposit only Rs. 3000/- towards registration charges. For stay, you may speak to Hotel Park Prime,  Morabadi Ground. We negotiated the rates with them, and they have offered a Single Room @3000/- and Double Room @3600/- [GST Extra]. Breakfast is complimentary.
