The objective of this ocurse is to impart education so that students will acquire necessary knowledge and skills in the frontier areas of Biotechnology. After completion of this course students will be able to implement the engineering principles to biological systems for development of industrial applications, as well as entrepreneurship skills to start biotech industries.
The candidate with following qualifications are eligible B.E./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering/Food Technology/ B.Pharm. or equivalent.
OR
M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Plant Biotechnology.
