• Convective and hybrid drying technology of food products
• Dynamics of sessile droplet evaporation: visualization and numerical modeling
• Modeling of heat treatment process in reheat furnace: energy savings and heat treatment process control (involved as a doctoral student coordinator in project collaboration with Ministry of Steel, India)
• Phase change material based heat exchanger systems
• Analysis of cooling and lubrication techniques in machining and grinding of hard metals and alloy

• Experimental Investigation of Dynamics of Drop Impact on a Heated Surface, funded under Seed Money Scheme, Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi, India (continuing since January 2022): Budget of Rs 5 lakhs
• Thermo-fluid-mechanical analysis of thin slab continuous casting, funded under Senior Research Associateship, Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), GoI (Feb – Aug 2021): Budget of rs 40000 contingency per year
