The Department has successfully completed externally funded research projects with support from UGC, ICSSR, DST, and BSBB, Government of Bihar. It has also organized several academic events, including the recent National Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and Digital Transformation in Business and Management (AISDTBM–2026) and the AICTE-sponsored IDE Boot Camp Phase 2. In addition, the Department conducts faculty development programmes, workshops, seminars, conclaves, and management development programmes on themes such as research methodology, finance, human resources, business simulation, entrepreneurship, and personality development.
