Functions:
1. Maintain a list of students and a platform of communication (e.g. Ms Teams, Google Groups etc.) in their respective batches. The faculty shall act as a mentor to the students and stay in constant touch with the group.
2. Interact with students to understand about their academic choices e.g. preferred electives.
3. Work in close co-ordination with the Departmental Academic Documentation Committee and ensure that academic rigor is maintained for the batch in terms of main courses being offered, electives being chosen etc.
4. Be responsible for conducting the Summer internship and final semester internship for the students.

6. Organize a formal induction and farewell for their respective batches in the 3rd Semester and 7th Semester respectively.
