About the Faculty Development Program (FDP)/Workshop
This FDP is a collaborative effort by the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Integrating concepts from both domains ensures a comprehensive understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.
Unlike conventional programs, it introduces participants to the foundational concepts and hands-on implementation in Python and delves into the underlying mathematical principles that drive AI/ML algorithms. Additionally, it provides valuable insights into current research trends, taking faculty and researchers a step further to contribute effectively to academic advancements and industrial innovation.
This holistic framework is intended to significantly boost educators and researchers to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical execution. It is an enriching experience for both alike, providing the best value for their time with us.
Who should attend this FDP/Workshop?
This FDP is designed for faculty members from Polytechnic and Engineering colleges who wish to enhance their knowledge and teaching practices in AI/ML, researchers seeking to build a strong foundation in AI/ML fundamentals, and professionals eager to explore and apply AI/ML concepts in academic or industrial settings.
Why is this FDP/Workshop for you?
This FDP equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to thrive in the Industry 4.0 era, where technologies like AI and ML are pivotal in driving automation, intelligent decision-making, and data-driven innovation.
Further, it will help you enhance your teaching practices by integrating AI/ML into diploma and undergraduate curricula, and it will also allow you to collaborate with experienced experts and peers to broaden your perspectives and foster innovation.
