BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)  is a 6/8  Semester (3/4 years) program  aiming to develop students in such a way as to make them suitable for pursuing an excellent career in industry or to go for higher studies . The students are groomed to be able to design & manifest ideas. They are guided to attain clarity in basic concepts of Computer Science, apply the basic knowledge gained to develop solutions and be able to translate theories to realistic problems. 

The BCA course structure is spread across six/eight semesters in three/four years. A semester comprises of core, elective, value added courses, multidisciplinary, skill absec courses with a balance combination of theory and practical. The course content  is regularly updated to make it industry relevant.
