Ritika Sharma, Research Scholar, Department of Management, BIT-Mesra, Noida Campus has been conferred with Best Paper Presentation Award in Doctoral Colloquium, 2021 organised by Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra on 30th January, 2021. She presented a paper titled “Workplace Stressors and Factors Affecting Organisational Well-Being among Employees Doing People Work” as part of her doctoral research under guidance of Dr. Asha Prasad, Director & Professor, BIT, Mesra-Noida Campus.
