Ritika Sharma

Ritika Sharma, Research Scholar, Department of Management, BIT-Mesra, Noida Campus has been conferred with Best Paper Presentation Award in HRM track in Anusandhan 2022 III Annual National Research Competition on “Emerging trends for Sustainable Ecosystem" organised by Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, G.G.S.I.P.U. on 25th June, 2022. 

She presented a paper titled “Workplace Bullying: a threat to Social Sustainability in Healthcare Ecosystem” as part of her doctoral research under guidance of Dr. Asha Prasad, Professor, BIT-Mesra, Noida Campus. Ritika was applauded for her research work and received the cash prize, appreciation certificate and a momento for her research contributions.
