Mr. Nilesh Kumar Rajalwal received his B.Tech degree from Govt. Engineering College, Ujjain in the year of 2008. He completed his M.Tech (Power Systems) from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in the year of 2010 and Ph.D. from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra in 2024. He has been Assistant Engineer in Damodar Valley Corporation at Koderma and Hazaribag from 2010 to 2015. Presently, he is Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engg, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Off-Campus Deoghar since 2015. His major research areas include  System Integrity Protection Schemes, Distance Relays, Evolutionary computing techniques, and Smart Grid Protection.
