Placements are benchmark to the performance of any management institute and it depicts the success and the growth of the institutions.
It gives us tremendous satisfaction that our Placement Cell is gaining strength with positive results, which are bound to improve further in the years to come. The process is on and it is hoped that all the students going out of the Institute after completing their course shall have appointment letters in hand.
BIT's endeavor is to equip students with necessary skills required for their employability in the industry and other organizations. To meet this objective, T&P Cell acts as an interface between the institute and the corporate world and performs entire gamut of activities such as industry-academia interaction, guest lectures, corporate training, seminars, and workshops from time to time for strengthening corporate relations and ultimately help students getting placements.
The Cell also organizes personality development, career guidance and counseling programs for the students so as to gear them up to take on the stiff competition in the corporate world. The Cell also conducts group discussions, mock interviews and aptitude tests from time to time to prepare the students for campus placements. The Cell regularly interacts with the industry to get inputs for review and up gradation of its curricula. The Cell also organizes Corporate Meets from time to time to assess the requirement of the industry and gives the students an insight into the workings of the corporate world in association with BITOSA ( BIT Old Students Association) – Delhi Chapter.
The Placement Cell at BIT, Noida plays a vital role and is gradually becoming a key department of the institute. The competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. The Objective of the placement cell is to facilitate the process of placement & ensure that each eligible student gets an opportunity to face an Interview.
Adding to it, the endeavor of the Placement cell is to ensure 100% placement assistance to all the students The Cell is assisted by student placement coordinators who lead a team of placement representatives. The placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials.
