Essential Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.

Candidates possessing a Postgraduate degree will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, Legal matters, or related fields.

Age Limit: Preferably between 40–45 years.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation tools.
  • Knowledge of office administration, file management, and record maintenance.
  • Familiarity with HR-related processes, including preparation of official correspondence, maintenance of employee records, and handling confidential documents.
  • Basic understanding of legal and statutory compliance matters, drafting of notes, letters, and reports.

Job Description:

  • To assist in all matters relating to Purchase and Procurement as assigned from time to time.
  • To coordinate and manage Transport Services, including vehicle bookings and related administrative work.
  • To handle Dispatch Services, including receipt, dispatch, and record maintenance of official correspondence and documents.
  • To provide administrative support in the day-to-day functioning of the General Office.
  • To maintain official records, files, and other documentation as entrusted.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time in the interest of the Institute.

Driver

Essential Qualification:

  • Minimum 10th or 12th Pass from a recognized Board.
  • Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of driving experience in Heavy Vehicles.
  • Experience in driving buses, trucks, institutional vehicles, or commercial vehicles will be preferred.

Age Limit: Preferably between 40–45 years.

Skills Required:

  • Safe and defensive driving skills.
  • Ability to drive and handle heavy vehicles under varying road and weather conditions.
  • Ability to maintain vehicle logbooks and travel records.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and fitness requirements.

Job Description:

  • Drive and operate assigned heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely transportation of personnel, materials, equipment, and official documents as required.
  • Conduct routine checks of vehicle condition, including fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres, and other essential systems.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and minor maintenance requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel
  • Ensure compliance with traffic rules, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Perform any other duty assigned by the Competent

Authority from time to time for the smooth functioning of the organization.
