• Guidelines for Physical Reporting of the applicants who have been allotted a seat  through B.Tech., B.Arch. and Integrated M.Sc. Programs (BIT Mesra) through JoSAA/CSAB 2022

Please Note:

1. The physical reporting is mandatory during 4th to 9th November for JoSAA/CSAB allotted candidates, and the hostel allotment will also be made immediately after the reporting. Classes would start from 21st November. 
2. Campus has very limited Guest House Accommodation, hence student and accompanying parents/ guardians are requested to arrange their own accommodation in nearby Hotels in Ranchi Town. 
3. HOSTEL ROOM ALLOTMENT: Applicants will also be required to pay a mess advance (Rs. 25000/-) (Demand Draft in favour of "BIT Welfare Society" payable at "Ranchi")at the time of joining the hostel.  
4. The Fee payment link(ERP link) shall be shared once candidate physically reports to the Institute.
5. Physical Document verification shall continue on all days during 4^th Nov-9^th Nov 2022 (including weekends and holidays).
