Introduction, Eligibility Criteria and Fee Structure

Applications are invited from the prospective candidates for admission to following programs (please refer Table 1) against few vacant seats for the Academic Session 2025-26.

CANDIDATES MUST SATISFY THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. The candidate should have  passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 60% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.
  2. Candidate applying for B.Arch. program must have valid NATA Score conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA).

NOTES:

  • In case any Board awards grades instead of marks, the calculation of equivalent percentage of marks would be as based on the procedure prescribed by the Board or in case, the Board does not prescribe any procedure, it will be GPA x 10.
  • Candidate must have adequate proficiency in written & spoken English to cope with the program as all instruction and examinations will be in English only.
  • At any level of the studies [Class X or Class XII], a candidate / applicant must have passed all the required subjects at that level from the same Board.

Application Process

How to Apply:  

  • To fill online application form, click on the link “APPLY NOW” to register for the program and create password for the application process. Do not share the password with anybody.  
  • Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form online only.

Fresh Applicant-

  • Pay application fee of Rs.1,500/- (General / EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates) and Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST candidates) through Online Payment Gateway (candidates may use net banking / debit card / credit card) till the last date of application process.  For every campus and every program you need to fill separate form and pay the application fees. Fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Important Instructions:

  1. Please fill and submit the application form online only, take printout of the same and retain with you.
  2. Upload mark-sheets of Class 10, Class 12, Caste certificate (wherever applicable), EWS certificate (wherever applicable) and Score card of NATA Score.
  3. Applications with invalid caste certificate or wrong entries shall be rejected. 
  4. OBC-NCL and EWS certificate shall be issued on or after 01st April 2025.

Selection Procedure and Reservation Policy

Selection Procedure:

Provisional selections to B.Arch. Program will be made as per the following norms:

B.Arch. Program: Merit List shall be prepared based on performance of valid NATA Score and qualifying examination.

Reservations

  1. For all programs at the Institute which  are  supported by any  of the respective State Governments, the reservation criteria for the state quota are  as  per  the  norms  of  the  respective  State Government.

  2. For all other  programs the  reservation  criteria  for EWS/ OBC-NCL/  SC/ ST are  as  per  the  statutory  norms  of Central Govt. 

  3. The OBC-NCL/ EWS certificate should be issued after 01st April 2025.

  4. The Institute observes statutory reservation for Persons with Disability (5%).

  5. At Mesra  Campus  50% of  the total seats are  reserved for  Home  State  candidates and remaining  50% of  the  total  seats  are   distributed  in  the  rest  of  the  states.  The   domicile   of  a candidate   for the purpose shall  be  determined  based  on  place  of  passing  his/her  qualifying examination (the location of his/her Institute).

[In case, sufficient numbers of suitable candidates from any group are not available, the Institute reserves the right to fill the seats from the other group].

 

However, the final reservation proportion will depend on notification, if any, issued by competent authority and as accepted by the Institute.

Instructions, Anti Ragging and ABC ID Creation

 

For those students whose Physical document verification is completed, and Roll Number is allotted, may directly proceed for Hostel Room Allotment and course Registration.

  • ROLL NUMBERS: Institute roll numbers will be issued to the applicants after completion of document verification process.
  • COURSE REGISTRATION FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER: Every semester you need to register for the courses through our Institute ERP system. The same shall be done at the time of reporting.
  • HOSTEL ROOM ALLOTMENT: In addition to the above, applicants will also be required to pay mess advance (Rs. 35000/- including caution money) at the time of joining the hostel.
  • CLASSES: Classes has commenced from 01th August 2025.

Documents required during physical document verification

  1. 02 Passport Size Photograph
  2. Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth and Name of Candidate.
  3. Certificate and Marks sheet of qualifying examination 10+2 (Class XII)
  4. Admit Card and Score card of NATA.
  5. Photocopy of Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) Card
  6. Proof of seat acceptance fee payment by Net Banking / Debit card / Credit card or State Bank of India e-challan
  7. Certificate of category (SC/ST), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
  8. Certificate of category of GEN-EWS, if applicable, is to be issued by the competent authority. The certificate must have been issued on or after 1st April 2025.
  9. Certificate of category of (EBC/OBC), if applicable, is to be issued by the competent authority. The certificate must have been issued on or after 1st April 2025.
  10. Valid Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). The certificate should be issued from a duly constituted Medical Board. The certificate would be valid for a period of 5 years for those whose disability is temporary. For those who acquired permanent disability, the validity can be shown as permanent. Certificate not issued by a Medical Board or invalid / expired on the date of reporting shall not be accepted in any case. The minimum degree of disability should be 40% in order to be eligible for any concessions/benefits.
  11. One set of self-attested copies of all the documents listed above.
  12. Migration Certificate
  13. School Leaving / Transfer Certificate from the college / school last attended.
  14. Candidates are advised to keep enough attested copies of above documents / certificates for their future use.

Anti Ragging Affidavit

The students must report to the Anti Ragging verification desk after the course registration, failing to do so, the ERP Account of the respective student shall be blocked.

Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) Id Creation

The students who have not created their Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) Id, they are advised to create the same as per below mentioned process.

Here is the complete process to make student registration and login at Academic Bank of Credit

Step 1: Go to the website at https://www.abc.gov.in

Step 2: Go to the “Account” section and click at the “Student” link.

Step 3: Then Sign up with DigiLocker and complete the ABC Scheme student registration process by providing the requisite details.

Now student can sign in to the DigiLocker and can download with his/her ABC ID card from ABC console.

Follow up for Students:

• Visit the ABC website www.abc.gov.in to understand the ABC Scheme completely.

• Read out the instructions and guidelines regarding registration process through Aadhar Number on Digi Locker.

• Download and install Digliocker from the Google play store/Apple Store.
