IGH Accommodation: Closed

Accommodation may be availed of on a limited basis through advance booking at the International Guest House within the BIT Mesra campus. Participants who wish to avail of this facility should email to ictfsd.bit.mech@bitmesra.ac.in, with subject line as, ‘Request for IGH booking’, stating the number of people. The rooms are chargeable at Rs 2000 per day, excluding food charges (12 pm check in/out time), and may be availed of on a sharing basis with another participant in a double room. 

Note: Since very limited rooms are available at the IGH, they will be provided in first come first serve basis only.

Apart from this, travel arrangements (to and fro) may be provided from the following hotels within 6-7 kms of BIT Mesra campus.

1. The Royal Retreat, Booty More
2. The Jumar, Dumardaga
3. Fun Factory - Boutique Hotel, near Jumar bridge
