1. Best Researcher Award from Berhampur University, January 1999. (Received a cash prize of Rs.3000/- from Berhampur University for outstanding research in Mathematics in 1999, on the foundation day of Berhampur University.
2. BOYSCAST Fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, 2004, to promote research activity in an Overseas institution. Under this programme, I worked in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Mississippi State University, Mississippi State, USA from 23rd March 2005 to 27th May 2006.
