  1. Awarded Ph.D. “Adopting and optimizing Japanese HRM Practices to suit Indian Environment for improving Productivity and Quality with reference to Automobile Sector.” Shruti Gupta, Associate Professor, Shri Vishwakarma  Skill University, Haryana.

 

* She won the Best Scholar award at a contest held at BIT, Noida. Awarded Cash prize were given at BIT Noida.

 

* Her paper “Indian and Japanese HRM Practices: Similarities and differences with Analysis of Automobile Sector in India” was adjudged the Best Paper at the Third National Conference organised by AIMA on 13Sept. 2008. She won cash prize for the same by  AIMA, Delhi.

 

2.         Awarded Ph.D.“Employer Branding as a Strategic HR Tool: A Study of Selected IT Firms” Karnica Tanwar, Assistant Prof.

 

Her Paper won Best Paper Award at 4th IAM Conference organized by IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus.
