  Professional Background

  Dr Mili Dutta, possesses 17 years of experience in academics and research.  She is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra,  Lalpur, Ranchi. She holds her Ph.D degree in the field of Management from BIT ,Mesra. She has done her  MBA in the field of Marketing and Human Resource Mangement from BIT,Mesra. She is NET(Management) qualified.Her areas of interest include HR issues ,Social sciences and general management. She has contributed several papers in national and international management journals.  She has also presented papers in national and international conferences. As a part of pursuit for academic excellence, she has attended several seminars, workshops and conferences related to strategic management, marketing research and teaching methodology.Has been reviewer of journals like Inderscience, Journal of Economics ,Management and Trade  . She has organized two days’ Workshop on DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AMONG BUDDING ENTREPRENEURS (DLSABE-2022), 12- 13th March 2022, BIT Mesra Off Campus Lalpur along with Ms Anupma Sahai.
