Dr. Khushboo Jha is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology (Deemed to be University), Mesra, Patna Campus, Bihar, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from BIT Mesra, an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Information Security from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Techno India Main, Salt Lake, Kolkata, India.

Her research interests include AI-driven multimodal biometric authentication, deep learning, information security and cybersecurity. Her research focuses on developing secure and intelligent authentication systems through face and speech biometrics, liveness detection, feature-level fusion and privacy-preserving learning for cyber-physical systems. She has published several research papers in SCIE/SCOPUS journals and international conferences. She is an active reviewer of various IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, ACM and Scopus journals. Moreover, she serves as Section Editor for ROMAYA: Researches on Multidisciplinary Approaches Journal, a Scopus-indexed journal and reviews manuscripts for SCIE-indexed journals and academic conferences. She has also delivered keynote addresses at academic conferences.
