  Professional Background

Dr. Monika Singh is a seasoned academic professional with over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at BIT Mesra – Off Campus Patna and a Visiting Faculty at NMIMS Global Access – School for Continuing Education, Mumbai. She holds a Ph.D. from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, an MBA in International Business & Information Technology from Amity University, Noida and B. Tech with Electronics and Communication Engineering UPTU, Lucknow. 

Her expertise spans business analytics, artificial intelligence, green information systems, and e-governance. She has successfully guided MBA dissertations, co-supervised Ph.D. scholars, and contributed to several high-impact research projects funded by ICSSR and UNESCO. Dr. Singh’s teaching portfolio includes courses in supply chain analytics, predictive modeling, AI for business, and international business, integrating industry-relevant tools like Python, R and SPSS.

She has presented and published in reputed international forums and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for Scopus-indexed journals. Her dedication to academia is reflected in her active participation in organizing conferences, resource development programs, and interdisciplinary research, showcasing her commitment to fostering innovation and sustainability in education and research.
