My field of specialization conforms to the domain of general management.

Area of Interest: (Overall and Specific): My intrinsic interest lies in voracious reading there by expanding and exploring the conceptual framework of decision making through the principles and practice of general management. Specifically generalizing my knowledge for upgradation in quality HR practices for integrating/enhancing excellence in products and service. Exploring inherent skills, in budding professionals, enhancing their holistic vision through general management expertise.

1- Certified as an excellent project monitoring officer by WHO. (World Health Organization), for monitoring 60 villages in the Haliiya Block, of Mirzapur, District, (U.P), for its Pulse Polio Eradication Program /&Surveillance Drive in the year 2003.
