Possess extensive industrial and professional experience in the pre-processing, quality control, freezing, and packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as in the processing and packaging of various curried vegetables and ready-to-eat/heat-and-eat food products. Since May 2017, serving as an Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi. Have authored more than 18 research publications in SCI-, Scopus-, and other national and international peer-reviewed journals, edited two books, and contributed over 23 book chapters to various academic publications.
