Dr. Pranjal Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. He holds a PhD in Management from BIT Mesra and an MBA with dual specializations in Human Resources and Marketing. Additionally, he has completed an MSc in Hotel Management and Catering Sciences and holds a BHMCT degree, reflecting a strong foundation in hospitality and management education. With over 15 years of academic experience and extensive involvement in research, Dr. Kumar has contributed to various scholarly domains within management and hospitality. His research interests span human resource practices, service quality, consumer behavior, and hospitality management. He is committed to academic excellence, impactful research, and the holistic development of students..
