• Over 25 years’ experience of  stage show and theatre in INDIA and in  CHINA, HONGKONG, INDONESIA, NEPAL, KYRGYSTAN, PARIS etc.
• 15 years of experience in profession, early 3 years’ experience as a creative director in DTV & ETV.
• Currently designated as Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture, Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi (A Deemed University),  In-charge Creative Arts since August, 2008, Faculty Advisor  Music Club since 2009 &  Co-Ordinator: BIT Media Cell since May 2021.
• Worked as In-charge Department of Fine Arts in Marwari College, Ranchi.
• Directed several documentary movies in regional level and movies like SAMBHAWANI YUGE YUGE, MONK, DOSHI KAUN AND GEETA For RAWA (AN INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS’ ASSOCIATION) .
• Got National Appreciation Award from Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India in 2005.
• Directed Music for Television Serials and Background Score for few Regional Movies and Telefilms of Door darshan Jharkhand (Television Channel) like “EK PAL KA SUKH” ,”DAKINII” etc.
• Auditioned Artist For Acting and Music in DDK Ranchi (Television Channel).
• Written Books like “YAM NIYAM KO JAN LO”(Hindi), Composed Music for Audio  Albums in India like “Khalaash”
• Written a Chapter in a UGC sponsored Book “Development and Conflict”.
• Successfully launched & established various new ideas to establish RU, RAWA in public, started workshop for the youth in 2008 in Jharkhand with 100 new participants . In year 2009 had first workshop in Nepal and continued as international workshop at A’NANDA NAGAR (West Bengal)
• Directed Productions like Char Thag, Bhakti Bhaktasya Jiivanam  ,  Yam Niyam Ko Jaan Lo , Shloka Rahasya , Pratiik - Our Emblem , Kiirtana Mahiima (All based on ideology of Shrii Shrii A’nanda MurtiiJii for  RAWA), doshi Kuan, Abhimanyu and many more.
• Participated in Olympic Day Run 2002.
• Worked as reporter for PROUT fortnightly magazine.

• Jury Member of AIU (Association Of Indian Universities) National Youth Fests
• Music Therapist and Researcher.
• Represented India in China as Youth Delegate.
• Represented Jharkhand State in Xth National Youth Festival in Music Theatre-act division.
• Represented Jharkhand State in Gujarat as team leader  in 75^th anniversary of   Dandi Yatra
• Participated in different National Integration Camps organized by Govt. of India.

• Book chapter "Technological Shift of Healthcare System Using Internet of Things (IoT)" to the proposed book " Intelligent Internet of Things for Smart Healthcare Systems (Ed. TAYLOR AND FRANCIS)(accepted)

• Written a chapter CONFLICT AND DEVELOPMENT(Social conflicts ) in a UGC sponsored book Development and Conflict.

From 23 june2003 to December 2003 worked as a Correspondent in Prout Magazine.

From 13^th august 2003 till 7^th December 2005 worked for Etv Bihar as a co Ordinator then Director.

From 24.01.2006 to July 2008 Worked as Coordinator Mass communication course in Marwari College.

From 18.8.2008 joined BIT Mesra continuing as an Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture.
