	Admission Notification for B.Tech. Program 2022 for Patna, Deoghar and Jaipur Off Campuses. SPOT ROUND on 29^th November 2022: Applications are invited from the prospective candidates for admission to the B.Tech. Programs at BIT Patna, Deoghar and Jaipur Off-Campuses, for the Academic Session 2022-23. How to Apply: To fill online application form, click on the link “apply online” to register for the program and create password for the application process. Do not share the password with anybody. Please see instructions for filling online application form. Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form online only [link available on the Institute website www.bitmesra.ac.in]. Pay application fee of Rs.1,500/- (General / OBC / EWS candidates) and Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST candidates) through ICICI payment Gateway (candidates may use net banking / debit card / credit card of any nationalized bank) till the last date of application process. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded. Candidates should proceed to fill the Online Application Form only after they satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Programs at Deoghar, Jaipur and Patna Off Campuses: Special Round is floated for all Off Campuses i.e. Deoghar, Jaipur and Patna, for all branches except CSE,IT. All applicants(including Round 1 applicants) should apply afresh in the Special Round. Candidates may apply for only one branch in one application. Candidates are advised to visit the respective campus and apply only against the vacant seats. In the special round, if no admission offer has been made to the candidate, he/she may request to change branch preference(in the same application form). This request shall not be applicable to the candidates, whom an admission offer has been made. All applications received on a single day shall be processed on the next working day(purely based on merit of JEE(Mains) Score). Candidates are advised to visit the website periodically for any Admission related updates. Only one day time shall be given to pay the full admission fees against the admission offer. If the candidate fails to pay the admission fees, the offer will remain cancelled. No upgrade shall be offered for Special Round applicants during the Admission process. However, after closure of admission, a One Time Opportunity shall be given to the candidates for sliding branches(subject to vacancy).
