All provisionally selected applicants shall be required to pay the admission fee (for 1^st Semester) using Online Payment Gateway through debit / credit card and net banking of any nationalized bank (URL given below) by 03.06.2022, failing which their admission offer will be cancelled.

Fees Payable: Applicants shall be required to pay admission fee for 1^st semester i.e. Rs. 57,500/- for Full-Time Research Scholars & BIT Faculty, and Rs. 77,500 for Sponsored / Part-Time Research Scholars (External) using Online Payment Gateway through debit / credit card and net banking of any nationalized bank. 

 

OFFLINE CLASSES: Offline Classes will commence tentatively from 08.08.2022.

 

Verification of documents: Physical verification of documents shall be completed  after payment of requisite fees (on or before 03.06.2022). In case if any information/document provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect / inaccurate / false, the admission of such applicants is liable to be cancelled and all fees paid by the applicant shall be forfeited. Decision of the Vice Chancellor, BIT Mesra will be final in such matters.

 

Applicants will be required to furnish the following documents/certificates in original as well as one set of photocopies during verification of documents.

1. Marksheet of Class 10  
2. Marksheet of Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent
3. Certificate and Marksheets of Graduation
4. Certificate and Marksheets of Post-graduation
5. College Leaving Certificate
6. Migration Certificate
7. Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programs are eligible only if (a) they acquired such qualifications as working professionals / while in employment, (b) the programs are recognized by the DEC-UGC-AICTE or MHRD, (c) they have passed the qualifying examination at the time of applying, with minimum requisite marks as given in eligibility criteria. They must show original of (i) work experience certificate (ii) pass certificate and marksheets of qualifying examination (iii) proof of the program recognized by the DEC-UGC-AICTE or MHRD in letter head of the Institute/College /University during verification of documents.
8. Score card and letter of UGC-CSIR/DBT/BINC/ICMR JRF and all other similar all India fellowships based on a written test for pursuing Ph.D. (if applicable)
9. Caste certificate / special category certificate (if applicable) in proper format, signed by appropriate authority.
10. Sponsorship letter, NOC, Experience Certificate and Facilities available to carry out the research at their place of work (if applicable) for Sponsored / Part-Time candidates.
