How to Apply:(Please see Instructions also for details)

  1. To fill online application form, click on the link “apply online” to register for the program and create password for the application process. Do not share the password with anybody. Please see instructions for filling online application form.
  2. Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form online only [link given below]. Pay application fee of Rs.2,500/- (General / OBC /EWS candidates) and Rs.1,500/- (SC/ST candidates) through net banking / debit card / credit card of any nationalized bank till the last date of application process. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded.
  3. Candidates should proceed to fill the Online Application Form only after they satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. 

Notes:

  1. The candidates can use one application form for applying multiple courses within the Department, subject to fulfilling the eligibility conditions.
  2. Please use separate application form(s), in case applying for two or more programs such as M.Tech. (EE), M.Tech. (ECE), M.Tech. (CSE) etc.

Selection Procedures:

M.Tech. and MUP Programs:

  1. GATE Qualified Candidates: Based on GATE scores and Academic Performance (80% weightage to GATE and 20% weightage to Academic Performance).
  2. Non-GATE Candidates: Based on Interview and Academic Performance (20% weightage to Interview and 80% weightage to Academic Performance).

M.Pharm. Programs:

  1. GPAT Qualified Candidates: Based on GPAT scores and Academic Performance (80% weightage to GPAT and 20% weightage to Academic Performance).
  2. Non-GPAT Candidates: Based on Interview and Academic Performance (20% weightage to Interview and 80% weightage to Academic Performance).

M.Sc. Programs:    

  1. JAM / CUCET Qualified Candidates: Based on JAM / CUCET scores and Academic Performance (80% weightage to JAM / CUCET and 20% weightage to Academic Performance).
  2. Non-JAM / CUCET Candidates:  Based on Interview and Academic Performance (20% weightage to Interview and 80% weightage to Academic Performance).

Please Note: 

  • The counselling cum interviews of the shortlisted applicants will be conducted online through video conferencing (Google Meet). All applicants are therefore advised to download the Google Meet App in advance and be available for the counselling / interview.
  • Intimation of Counselling cum Interview will be sent through email to the applicants indicating date and tentative time slot.
  • The Counselling cum Interview of the applicants will be conducted in regular interval till 30th September 2021 or availability of vacant seats.
  • Final selection intimation would be appearing in the applicant’s profile created during the application process.
