Admission to B.Tech. Program 2021 (2nd Year)

through Lateral Entry for Diploma / B.Sc. Degree holders

at its Deoghar Campus 

 

Applications are invited from eligible applicants of Diploma / B.Sc. Degree holders for admission to B.Tech. Program (2nd Year) through lateral entry at its Deoghar Campus for the Academic Session 2021-22.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. To fill online application form, click on the link “apply online” to register for the program and create password for the application process. Do not share the password with anybody. Please see instructions for filling online application form.
  2. Eligible candidates must complete and submit the application form online only [link given below]. Pay application fee of Rs.1,500/- (General / OBC candidates) and Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST candidates) through ICICI payment Gateway (candidates may use Net banking / Debit card / Credit card of any nationalized bank) till the last date of application process. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.  

Important instructions:

  1. Candidates should proceed to fill the Online Application Form only after they satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. 
  2. Candidates will have option to choose multiple programs from the dropdown list.
  3. Candidates who have passed their Diploma / B.Sc. Degree on or after 2020 can apply for the program only. Appearing candidates may also apply for the program, provided their result is declared by 30th November 2021. In this case, their marks will be considered upto pre-final semester / year.
  4. Please fill and submit the application form online only, take printout of the same and retain with you.
  5. Candidate must have adequate proficiency in written & spoken English to cope with the program as all instruction and examinations will be in English only.
  6. Upload marksheets of Class 10 and Diploma / B.Sc. Degree on the link given while applying for the program.

 

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Provisional admission will be based on marks obtained by the applicants in Diploma /B.Sc. degree and meet other conditions as mentioned under eligibility criteria.    

Applicants with B.Sc. Degree will be considered for admission only after applicants with diploma holders have been considered and subject to the availability of seats.
