Interested authors are requested to submit an electronic version of the full-length paper along with as a word document to the Organizing Secretary not later than 30th September 2016. Each copy should include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), mailing address(es), telephone number(s), fax number(s), e-mail address(es) and name of the corresponding author. All accepted papers would be published in the conference proceedings.

All the accepted registered papers will be published by the  Excel Publishing House,
