  Professional Background

An astute & sagacious professional having 22 years of extensive experience in corporate training & content development,  teaching and administration at     various levels & specializations; associated as Assistant Professor with Birla Institute of Technology,      Mesra, Lalpur Extension  Centre, Ranchi. And & Academic Coordinator for Management Department for UG & PG courses - FT & PT, from July 2007 – January 2022.

 

  • Organized two days’ Workshop on DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AMONG BUDDING ENTREPRENEURS (DLSABE-2022), 12- 13th March 2022, BIT Mesra Off Campus Lalpur. The Inaugural Session was graced by Honourable Vice chancellor Prof. Indranil Manna.

 

  • Chaired a Track (Track 1 - HR, Day 1, Second Session) and Member of the Organizing Committee - International Conference on Sustainability : Research, Education and Practice Organized by : The Department of Management, BIT Mesra, MAY 30-31, 2022.

 

  • Worked as a Project Director - Indian Council of Social Science Research (Ministry of Human Resource  Development), New Delhi, granted project. She also had received grant from UGC as Principal Investigator. She is collaborated with the said resource agencies to address issues pertinent to Jharkhand, with respect to women, tribal, non-tribal and downtrodden.

 

  • Alumni of IIM Bangalore – Completed MPWE (Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs 2010), organised by Nadathur S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL), IIM Bangalore. Her study focused on rural tourism to uplift the status of Jharkhand. And also been offered Scholarship for the said programme.

 

  • Chaired the Session on Women Professional, at The Eight AIMS International Conference on Management –  January 1-4 2011, at IIM Ahmedabad,

 

  • Having the privilege of taking corporate classes for senior and middle level executives at Indian Institute of Coal Management; executive training institute for Coal India Limited executives at Ranchi, also having the privilege of taking Entrepreneurship / Women Entrepreneurship classes, being organized by MSME, Government of India, under Entrepreneurial Development Programme and taking classes for Block  Education Officers of Jharkhand, being organized by Jharkhand Educational Project Council. She takes up guest lectures on request in few of the Business Schools in Ranchi, and was also taking classes for MBA Executive programme at BIT Mesra and coordinating the same.
