  • Taught 7 courses of Electrical Engineering to UG and PG students of EEE department at BIT main campus (India).
  • Taught Engineering Physics (Semester-1&2) and two courses of ECE department at Muscat offshore campus in Oman.
  • Taught 11 courses of EEE, ECE, Applied Science departments at BIT RAK Campus in UAE.
  • One Ph.D. supervision completed in 2018, one registered (Ph.D. Thesis is about to be submitted).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of faculty members/Lab technicians as and when required.
  • Arranging for Guest lecture, Industrial visit, Technical seminars etc.
  • Keeping track with the revision in the syllabus for all disciplines of the Institute, as received from parent Institute.
  • Conducting semester-wise entire student’s admission and registration process.
  • Preparation of Course offering, Time table and allocation of classrooms.
  • Preparation of Academic Calendars and student’s transcripts.
  • Monitoring of unregistered/withdrawal cases and additional credit assignment cases.
  • Interaction with the students & parents for their various queries and official letters.
  • Issuance of all sorts of certificates required by the students.
  • Conducting Parent -Teachers meeting in each semester.
  • Preparation of consolidated requirement of books, journals etc. for procurement, based on the data from each department.
  • Maintaining academic conduct and discipline to improve the academic environment of the Campus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduction of all BIT examinations smoothly and timely publication of results.
  • Preparation of the timetables, seating plan and invigilation duties.
  • Coordinating with BIT main campus, (India) for smooth conduction of examinations.
  • Organizing annual Convocation ceremony at RAK campus.

Other responsibilities: 

  • Academic leadership for 8 years at BIT RAK Campus (UAE)  for successful running of academic programs with 650 students studying in Engineering, Architecture and Management programs.
  • Leadership for 35 faculty members ensuring that our teaching and research agenda, processes and systems are aligned with the Parent Campus. Mentoring young faculty members in all engineering disciplines to enable them to excel in their careers.
