Dr. Ashish Mohan Dubey is currently an assistant professor at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (Off Campus-Patna). His research area includes Strategic Management and Strategic Human Resource Management. He holds a Ph.D in Management from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj, (NIT Prayagraj), India. He has more than 18 years of teaching experience at graduate and post graduate levels and 8 years of experience in guiding and examining graduate and doctoral theses in India. His interest lies in Strategic Management and Project Management. He serves on the editorial board of various journals. He has published several papers in international and national journals and conference proceedings.
