  Professional Background

Dr. Mani Mohan is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive academic background, holding a PhD from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, an M.Tech specializing in Structural Engineering from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.


During his tenure as an Engineer at TRF (TATA ROBINS FRASER) Ltd., Dr. Mani Mohan played a pivotal role in the structural design of critical units affiliated with CHP (Coal Handling Plant) for prominent thermal power plants such as DVC Raghunathpur, NTPC Barh, and NTPC Vindhyachal. This experience honed his expertise and practical knowledge in the industry, showcasing his commitment to excellence.


Dr. Mani Mohan has contributed significantly to academia as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at the Jaypee University of Information Technology and the NorthCap University. His passion for teaching, research, and consultancy is reflected in his multifaceted engagement across these domains.


His current research focuses on sustainable concrete, reflecting a keen interest in advancing environmentally friendly construction materials. This research initiative underscores his dedication to pioneering solutions that align with global sustainability goals and the construction industry's evolving needs.
