NOTICE

SEMESTER FEE AND REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2023

The notice on payment of semester fees and registration schedule is released here for your further necessary action.

Payment of the Semester Fee for the SPRING 2023 Session will be accepted through online mode from the dates given below:

*Students have to apply for the generation of UVAN through SBI Collect portal which will take 2 working days to update

Students making payment of semester fees after availing education loans are required to make their payment ONLY through UVAN, and they must match the semester fee as shown in the Student's SBI Collect Portal with the payment being made.

lt may be noted that for the students paying through NEFT/RTGS, the SBI Collect / Google Form registration shall commence after 72 hours of payment.

  • All DIPLOMA and  BMLT (2nd ,4th & 6th Semester) students  are hereby informed to pay the semester fee for SP 2023 session from 15 December 2022 and register through SBI Collect & Google Form from 20 December to 2 January 2023. Their offline classes shall be commenced on 3 January 2023.
  • The students shall not be allowed to make partial fee payments; hence, they must pay the full semester fees and register accordingly.
  • The students failing to pay the full fee and register for SP 2023 on or before 2 January 2023, may register from 3 January to 10 January by paying full fee with late fine charges of Rs. 1000/-.
  • The students shall not be allowed to attend classes without registration in SP 2023. The SBI Collect portal shall be closed on 11 January 2023. Thus, the students failing to register by 10 January 2023, shall not be allowed to register, and hence they will have to take temporary withdrawal in SP 2023.
  • The students availing loan facility may submit a request with valid proof to the Semester Coordinator to pay their semester fee till the receipt of the loan amount. Based on the approval, they may be permitted by Director to attend classes.

Mess Dues/Advance Payments (University Polytechnic, BIT,  Mesra)

Students who have dues in their Mess Account may check their respective dues amount on the website of the University Polytechnic BIT Welfare Society (https://univpolyhostel.in/login) by logging in with their respective login id and password. Payment can be done through the SBI Collect link provided above. Roll nos. are to be typed in CAPS with only the last digits of the year (e.g., D/001/22).

  • All payments received will be credited to the respective student's account within 24 to 72 hrs, and subsequently, their ERP portal will be opened for registration from Mess Account. To avoid any difficulty during registration, students are advised to pay their dues/advance well before the start of their semester registration.
  • Mess advance payment is calculated as follows: Rs. 12000/- (Plus) any previous dues OR (Minus) any previous credit available and rounded to the nearest hundred. Students on internship leave will be required to pay only the dues amount on the production of approval for the internship left.
  • Specially considered students who are not availing Mess facility and hence not paying any mess advance should get it approved from the office of the Director (Day Scholar Form) for the current semester.

Students need to clear all previous dues by Monsoon 2022. Students who do not have any previous dues (semester fee, hostel mess dues, and library dues) until Monsoon 2022 and have paid Spring 2023 fees can register themselves in ERP from 20 December 2022.

Payment of the spring 2023 semester fee is mandatory. Online registration through Google Form will be enabled only on receiving the Spring 2023 semester fee and other previous dues”.
