Re-inviting applications for XXXTH CONVOCATION - Due to COVID-19, processing of applications may take longer

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS FOR CONVOCATION XXX


Applications are re-invited for receiving degree certificates (for 2019 passout students who did not submit their application on the XXXTH CONVOCATION portal by 31st December, 2020). The Degree certificates of students whose courses completed in 2019 shall be sent through postal mail. Students are directed to go through the below instructions carefully and apply for receiving their degree certificates. The application form is for students of Mesra campus and off-campuses.

1. Applications are to be submitted using this link: http://services.bitmesra.ac.in

  • All users are required to register on the portal using a valid email address and then login for filling the form. Login credentials shall be sent to the registered email id.
  • All students are required to upload scanned copies of their provisional certificate.
  • Students who had already submitted their applications in December 2020 are not required to apply on the portal again

2. Due to COVID-19, processing of applications may take a while

3. The recipients of Ph.D. degree of Mesra Campus (admitted before Spring 2011) in the XXX Convocation (in person / absentia) are required to make payment of INR 2000/- , which may be done through online payment using the below link.  https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.

Select "Students Section Fee" in "Payment Category" option.

Please upload the receipt generated after payment while filling the form.  

The recipients of Ph.D degree of off campuses are required to upload their previous receipt in which Convocation Fee of Rs. 2000/- has been paid by them (before or during the course of their research). The receipt must be uploaded in the same pdf as the provisional certificate. If such fee was not paid, then they are requested to make the fee payment using the SBI Collect Link https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm. and attach the receipt in the same pdf as their provisional certificate.

4. For IRMEE students, a fee of Rs. 3000/- is applicable. which may be done through online payment using the below link.  https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.

Select "Students Section Fee" in "Payment Category" option.
